Trying something new can be intimidating, so we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Here’s how you can get started with the Training & Learning Centre.

Get Started in Three Simple Steps

1. Call, drop in, or complete our online intake form. 

We would like to have a conversation with you, so we can get to know you a little – what your skill levels are, what your goals are and how we can best help you. Maybe our program is just right for you. If it isn’t, we will do our best to find the service you require and refer you there. Either way, having a conversation with us can help you find what you’re looking for.

2. Complete a free assessment at the centre.

An assessment is how we learn a bit more about your skill levels. It helps us determine whether or not you are eligible for our program, where your strengths lie, and where you may have some gaps. You complete it at your own pace and we promise that it isn’t as scary as it sounds, nor is it a test. It helps us to know where you are at, so we can form the best goal path for you.

3. Get started on upgrading your skills. 

If you are eligible for our program, we get you started on filling in those gaps! Between yourself and the teacher, you will create a personalized learning plan that is just for you. You and the teacher decide together what you will be working on depending on your goals, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
