How We Are Funded

The Training & Learning Centre of Renfrew County is an Employment Ontario program that is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario. We receive annual funding from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.

We accept donations from individuals and corporations. We use these donations to augment services and to buy resources for teachers and students, as well as other essential supplies. We are a registered non-profit charitable organization. We can provide tax receipts for donations.

GIFT CARD ORDER FORM - FEB 2022.pdf

For the month of March, the Training & Learning Centre of Renfrew County (TLC), is partnering with Rob Webster and the team at Co-operators for our second annual March Match!

Co-operators will match donations dollar for dollar up to $1000 for the month of March to assist TLC in delivering in-person and virtual training and essential skills upgrading programs.

This year we are raising funds to purchase a Point of Sale (POS) system to train learners for work in the retail and hospitality fields. We work with learners to develop a plan together to help them achieve their goals for education, employment and life! The learner will be matched with an instructor who will answer their questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide one-on-one support when they need it, all while “Learning Your Way”.

Just like Co-operators, TLC is committed to helping prepare our learners for the future!

Make your donation go twice as far in March, and support this great program!
